How to Apply?
Step 1. Apply a layer of Primer, then apply base coat and cure it.
Step 2. Apply the color polish， then cure it.
Step 3. Apply a layer of Spar cat eye gel and use it with magnet tools. and cure it
Step 5. Apply a layer of No Wipe Top Coat or Matte Top Coat, then cure it.
Step 6. Accomplish.
